Only Editors can add records to CFID. To begin the process of adding a new CFID record to the database, click on the Add Record button in at the bottom left of the page. If multiple issues are observed at one site, each issue should be entered separately with the same location information but unique issue information to ensure that searches and filters retrieve precise and accurate information for all users.
